Gently tenderize the pork slices to an even thickness and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Dice the bacon and fry it until crispy, then add the chanterelle mushrooms and chopped parsley.

Fill the pork slices with the mixture and roll them tightly.

Prepare the coating: place the flour, beaten eggs, and Ditrói breadcrumbs into separate bowls. Coat the meat by dipping it first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs until evenly covered.

Heat the oil to 180°C and fry the rolls until golden brown.

Serve with crispy shoestring fries.
