Gently tenderize the pork slices until they reach an even thickness. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

Clean the spinach, then sauté it together with the garlic. Once cooled, mix it with the sheep cheese.

Fill the pork slices with the mixture, then roll them tightly.

Meanwhile, cook the wide noodles and season them with wild garlic or parsley.

Prepare the coating: place the flour, beaten eggs, and Ditrói breadcrumbs into separate bowls. Coat the meat by dipping it first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs until evenly covered.

Heat the oil to 180°C in a frying pan, then fry the meat until golden brown.

Serve the breaded pork loin with the herb-flavored noodles.
